Shipping & Delivery Policy – AHM DIGITAL MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED
As per the terms outlined in our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our clients, AHM DIGITAL MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED delivers all projects digitally.
Project Delivery:
- All deliverables, including but not limited to digital marketing strategies, reports, website files, design assets, and other digital content, will be delivered electronically.
- The specific method of delivery will be determined and agreed upon with the client during the project initiation phase, as detailed in the NDA.
- Delivery methods may include, but are not limited to:
- Secure file transfer via cloud storage services.
- Direct email delivery of files.
- Access to online project management platforms.
- Delivery timelines will be established and communicated to the client within the project proposal and/or the NDA.
- We will provide clear instructions and support to ensure clients can access and utilize the delivered materials.
Confidentiality:
- All project deliverables are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in the NDA.
- We take necessary precautions to ensure the secure and confidential delivery of all client materials.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they have the necessary technical capabilities to receive digital deliveries.
- Clients are responsible for downloading any files or materials delivered, and for storing them safely.
- Any client specific delivery methods must be discussed prior to project initiation, and agreed upon by both parties.
Project Completion:
- Project completion will be confirmed upon successful delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables and client acceptance.
- Any revisions or modifications to the delivered materials will be handled according to the terms of the project agreement and/or the NDA.
